This is a super tidy little supplement! I was skeptical that a one-page document would be sufficient to give enough material to generate colorful characters, but this one is well done! It doesn't get wrapped up minutia, like many custom tables out there; storying the user into a corner with unnecessary details that limit the applicability of the tool.
For instance, the 1d4 table for "Who owes who?" might as well have been written with a punnett square: you owe them, they owe you, you owe each other, no one owes anything. The other tables are similarly elegant.
The quirk table... maybe less so, but it's still a nice jumping off point.
Give this creator your dollar for this well-thought-out little generator! :D
